Job Responsibilities & Eligibility

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage SIEHS’s financial strategy, including budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring
  • Achieve the organization’s financial goals and provide support to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Remove financial barriers and implement strategic decisions
  • Lead the finance team and handle all SECP-related regulatory and financial reporting matters
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and make key financial and strategic decisions

Education & Experience Required:

  • Must be registered with a recognized chartered accountancy body
  • Business Administration or Public Administration with a Master’s degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience (public sector preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in IAS & IFRS standards and SECP regulations

Age Limit: Maximum 52 years

2. Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all corporate secretarial responsibilities and ensure legal compliance of the organization
  • Maintain proper records, filings, and governance structure as per SIEHS and legal requirements
  • Assist directors and board members in meetings and report writing
  • Coordinate with SECP, EOBI, and other regulatory authorities
  • Manage Board of Directors meetings and prepare related documentation

Education & Experience Required:

  • Must be registered with ICAP or another recognized body (CS qualification)
  • Relevant corporate or public sector experience with a Master’s / LLB degree and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of public sector compliance, financial laws, and regulatory frameworks

Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
