Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Rs. 10 Lac/Month
Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, MBA (Finance), CA, ACMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA, or an equivalent relevant degree from a reputed foreign university or HEC-recognized institution. Professional certification in financial management or ERP will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 12 years of professional post-qualification experience in a public or private sector organization
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership position
- Must include managerial experience in planning & budgeting, revenue/expenditure management, and financial reporting
2. General Manager (Works) – Rs. 7.25 Lac/Month
Education: BSc Electrical Engineering, BSc Mechanical Engineering, or BSc Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution — minimum 45% marks, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) matters in public or reputed private sector organizations
- Out of these, at least 5 years must be in a leadership role
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)
