Key Responsibilities
Once selected, you will be expected to handle the following duties:
- Oversee all building operations, including HVAC systems, generators, electrical, water supply, and fire protection systems
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to keep downtime as low as possible
- Manage facility budgets, procurement activities, and vendor contracts
- Make sure all safety, security, and environmental regulations are properly followed
- Supervise administrative staff, housekeeping, security teams, and other support staff
- Handle space planning, asset management, and minor civil works
- Prepare and submit monthly facility reports to management
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by management from time to time
