Key Responsibilities
This role is primarily about supporting the talent pipeline of one of Pakistan’s largest banks. Here’s what the selected candidate will be expected to handle:
- Assist the Unit Head – Talent Acquisition in building an efficient supply of required human resources through external talent mapping
- Coordinate and execute recruitment activities like job fairs, open houses, and campus events
- Work as per recruitment SOPs; monitor and recommend improvements to ensure best practices
- Advertise vacant positions both internally and externally as needed
- Screen profiles received against advertisements and prepare shortlists
- Maintain the MIS of applicant profiles and provide updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate Internal Transfers/Postings and circulate internal placement notifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Wing Head HRM/Lead HRBPs/Senior HRBPs and concerned business groups
- Perform pre-hiring checks and determine applicant suitability per policy
- Ensure all hiring checks and approvals are completed before extending offers
- Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Liaise with top-tier universities for sourcing through Batch Hiring, ACCA & CA Trainees, and Internships
- Represent NBP at career fairs and maintain relationships with placement offices across Pakistan
- Handle any other tasks assigned by supervisors
Employment Type
